My lower back has been hurting for about a month. I remember doing back bends and bridges around that time so maybe it may have caused my back to hurt. But I don't understand why after a month the pain didn't subside. I've used icy hot and bangay and they only give temporary effects. I don't know if it's my spine or the surrounding muscles. What do you think I should do?

I'm just really confused and stressed as to what I'm supposed to do.

So there's this guy on my soccer team (Oscar)

And then there's my boyfriend. (Trenton)

Okay so I met Trenton back in January when I tried out for winter percussion (WP) and I thought he was cute, funny, and nice.

Then soccer season started and Oscar just started talking to me.

He was cute funny and nice as well. Everytime I went to school I always thought of Oscar but everytime I went to WP I thought of Trenton :/

In the middle of March, both Oscar and Trenton really liked me.

In the end, Trenton asked me out because Oscar had a gf at the time.

So I've been with Trenton for a month now. Oscar's just recently got dumped by his gf because his butthole of a friend told his gf that he had cheated on her (which he didn't).

He told me he really liked me today and asked me out. I told him that I was already with Trenton and he was extremely heartbroken. I didn't realize he didn't know about Trenton until now.

So he said he's pretty much lost hope of everything :(

I sent him a super long message trying to cheer him up but he hasn't responded back yet D:

I just feel really bad and I feel like I've been misleading him this entire time when I really didn't mean to. What should I do?

I sorta forgot and I already returned the book back to the library. -_______-

My friend Jill and her friend Lily can't stand each other but will still be friends. I don't understand this. They'll rarely talk to each other and will start to argue whenever they come face to face. But they still call each other "best buds".Lily is the violent one and will hurt people for no apparent reason and that's what Jill can't stand about her. Jill insults people when she gets the chance and makes too many side comments about everything and that's what Lily hates about people. If those two can't stand each other then i don't understand why they are still friends. Help?
