What is the cut off for merit certificates for CBSE in chemistry and maths in class 12 for the year 2012.

I got 96.6% in cbse (non medical stream).Also I have A1 in all subjects.Are there any scholarships or MERIT CERTIFICATES for the same from Cbse? Also I heard that getting 100 in a subject fetches you a special prize.Is that true..?
