Why do people think it is ok to end a relationship and act stupid after then 2 years later show up to start a conversation like nothing happened.

Ex shows up to start conversation after he ended relationship 2 years ago and said that we were nit compatible. Why would a man want to come around all of a sudden when tears gave passed by. FYI I have made no attempts to reach him for about 23 months.

So am ex broke up with me 2 years ago. He just 1 day stop calling. We had arguments here and there, but he abruptly ended it. After the breakup, he would bizarre things like driving slowly pass me and trying to make me jealous by staring at other girls when I was coming around. Well after 2 years, he walked up to me and said hey you still live in town because I thought you moved. I smile and kept walking. What are your thoughts?

my friend was dating this guy for few months, Everyone told her that this man was a user and to dump him. However she continued to date him. Sunday 3 days before Christmas, they had plans but she was tired that morning and told him she would try to come see him later. He sent her a text telling her to have a good nap and will talk to her later. She went by him not telling him that she was on her way and saw his children's mother car parked in the front of the house and she was bringing garbage from the back of the house. She does not live there however the kids are always there and she was a cosigner on the mortgage 5 years ago. Now when she called him to say that he was in his area he was shocked and since then never answered her call. She texted and he never answer, but 12 minutes before Christmas he sent her the same text 3 times and said he loves her but they are not compatible and ask if she would still help him pay his medical bill. She ignored his text then 2 days after Christmas, he texted her about helping him pay the bill again and she ignored it, then the next day, he sent her a text saying she can call him now if she wants so she ignored it. At 12am the next day, he sent a text saying "I thought so and he does not have time for her childish games and wants to know about the bill and she ignored him again. Now on new year's day at 1:00 am he sent her a text saying having new year and hoping prosperity, good health etc in 2014. Again she ignored it, but the other mysteriously an unknown number call her and she did not pick up. My friend is devastated and feel hurt. Any advice is appreciated so I can help her heal effectively.

The man mentions to her to keep working two jobs and save money. The guy also got upset when she wanted to trade her car and buy a new one and told her that this is what turns man off. The guy says that no one knows about them because he is private and a lot of people are jealous and therefore when they know someone has something good going they will envy. The man has made reference about her career and said that this is the type of career that she could be a millionaire if she works hard. Everyone seems to be thinking the same thing. In addition, recently the guy made proposition to her about a business that a friend is starting and asked her if she would be interested because all the person needs to start this business is at least 5 people who will give 2000. So my friend said she is not interested because she never told him that she wanted to get involved in a business. He keeps mentioning that he wants to start a franchise and will need about 30.000 to start the business. She asked him if he is going to seminar to learn about starting the business and he says that he doesn't need to because he knows someone who already own a cell phone franchise.

During that time, the guy has asked her questions about her credit status, how much her house is worth and also made comments about if they were not together if she would still want to help him. My friend says that the guy made a comment about how sometimes people pretend to love each other and only wants to help when they are together and not after ward. She said that the guy made a comment about the fact that she would be further in life if he was in her life. FYI my friend has a great career and has a great salary and own her house. He also told her that he likes to sit back and watch what his woman will do for him. Rather than making plans on them spending much time together, he seems more interested in her working two jobs and save more money. He tells her that he loves her and shows interest in being a father figure to her daughter. Everyone is telling her that this man has alternate motives but she still wants to wait and see. ok my daughter will be 3 in 3 weeks and is not yet potty trained. I have been potty training her since 18 months. I bought a potty training seat and earlier in the training she pooped few times on there but since then she is making it in the pull ups(never made peepee in potty). She pees and poops in the pull up and then come to me to tell me to change her. As soon as she pees and poops, she wants to be changed. I tried buying a talking doll that comes with a potty and the doll gets very happy when she poops or pi in the potty. I tried using stickers. I don't know what else to do. She is supposed to start day care in few weeks for 2 days a week so she can socialize with other kids but the three year old class does not accept kids who are not potty trained. HELP what else can i do. Of course i try not to scare her and make the event fun but nothing is working.

Ok I have an interest in moving to Texas (specifically Austin). My sister quickly says stay were you are because she knew a doctor who told her that he would not recommend any Black person to move there because of racism. Where did u send your kid and how much did it cost? How long did it take before your kid truly learned how to swim?

Ok I told the collection agency that I would settle a debt for s specified amount and they refused so they can with an amount $400 more and I said yes . Now I asked got it in writing snd was told that it would be emailed to me in few hours and that did not happened. I already got a summon two weeks ago and yesterday I got the court questionnaire asking if i owe the entire balance and want to pay , if I think I owe less, if I owe amount but want time to pay. Has anyone had similar experience?

Ok I figured out that one of the company that I used sold my email address or when I signed up to things like payless and other stores that my email address was sold. I have been getting a lot of junk mails and then today I got some stupid email on my spam box and the sender had my email address and the person it is send to says my email address. Well that makes no sense I did not send a junk mail to myself so does that mean my account is hacked or what does it mean?

Ok so my 1st floor bathroom needs a make over. I wanted to replace the tub but i hear that it is really expensive. so the make over is going to be done little by little until it is finished hopefully before the year is over. I came across acrylic tub and surround liners. I am thinking of doing that to decrease cost of the remodeling. the other plan would be to resurface the tub and paint it white color since it is blue and then paint blue and have some remove the tiles around the tub and then reinstall. What do you think is more cost effective and also the average cost for either work. I plan to call bath fitter, home depot to get some estimates.

I looked in walmart and thinking of purchasing a metal swing set with other great play areas like sitting swing, slide. I would like to know from you if you put up the swing or did you get someone else to do it. I know that I will need help and wondering if the companies who sell these swing set have people who do that for a fee. Give me your input. DId you buy wood or metal and Why?

ok I have a descent size yard. Not the smalles and not the largest either so I want to add fence to make it more private. Well I hear that Vinyl is very expensive. That would have been my first choice but afraid of the cost. I don't want wood because it rots and damages faster. I never thought of chain link but i did a little bit of research and find out there are colorful slots that can be purchased to make it private. So price wise how much less cheaper is chain link with slats instead of vinyl. Of course I am aware that the yard would have to be measured to getter an estimate. Just wants few people with personal or business experience in this to get more information. Also what is your opinion about chain link with slats as far as looks. My house is wood shingles. I plan to change it to a vinyl or brick when more money is available.

I am trying to embellish my entrance way so I have two plant in the from and and about 6 small plants in the front. I want to remove the plants and transplant them to the side(in fact the landscaper suggested that) and add new shrubs in the front easy maintenance type of work. Well i called a few landscaper and many were not professional because they did not return phone call when they said they would. So I want some spring cleaning to be done, removing leaves that were left behind, cut grass weekly, and the adding and transplanting the plants. the guy said he would write a contract and send it to me. First he called me gave me a price of about 1600 and tax. Now i get the contract with so many hidden clauses. For example no specific price for spring cleaning except 35 dollars per hour then 40 plus tax for cutting grass(reasonable to me). Mulch is 260 for 4 yards, transplant existing plants to left side for $420 plus tax, installation of plants including labor for $965 plux tazx. The plants are 4 japanese Holly Upright, (4) 3 gallon green velvet, (4) 3 gallon white azalea. 30 belgium blocks then at the bottom it says additional items if needed labor charge of $35/hour/per laborer. What do you think of the contract. It sounds like an open contract that will set me up. I think that it is better to have a contract with direct pricing rather than all this questionable amounts. He wants 50% before the start of work. I just see problems. What do you think.

Ok I am 4 months behind including this month. Well I intend to pay this month soon so i will be still 3 months behind. I applied for loan modification twice and was denied. Most recent denial was feb 3 2012. Well I called CHASE to ask them again what options can they offer me and the representative says to reapply since I have a full time Job now. I told her that I did and was just recently denied and she keeps saying asking if I am refusing to apply. Second option she gave me is to pay 3000 by Feb 11th and another 3000 by next month. I said to her that it makes no sense that option because if i had struggle to pay 1671 what makes her think that 3000 is better. Bottom line is I am trying to keep my home. I have a full time job now that would make it easier to pay the mortgage but needs helps to deal with the money I owe from the time when I only had a part time job. What are my options because I find CHASE to be ridiculous.

For those who always have negative comments please keep it to yourself. I did not buy a house that I could not afford as some other homeowners. I was making a lot of money when I purchase my home. In addition, I suffered a set back with job loss and then only found a part time for a while which did not help. Now I have a full time time and is trying to save my home.
