It's an Acer, probably 3-4 y/o, running vista. Working fine last night and first thing this morning. Decided to shut it down this morning, returned from errands...it still hasn't shut down. I manually shut it down.

Now it will come up to my sign in /password page, it allows that then changes to a black screen and goes no further.

Any help or suggestions please. I don't have the $$ now to take this in to someone.

and worked fine. Put the printer on the second floor, normally use the laptop on the first floor, tested it and......no go. How can I amplify or boost the signal from my laptop or should I try to increase the receptivity on the printer? Can this be done?

wireless, wireless router, desktop working...laptop is connected to network just wont connect...

.............wireless home network operating on xp, sp 3. I'm relatively ignorant about networking. I did set up my wireless router for my current home network, password and firewall protected, forgot my password..............wouldn't you know. Just got a new laptop and would like to put it into the the wireless network.

alright........I was loaded and knew nothing about xbox "re certifications" and ordered one last night, late. Got home from work today and started doing research and found that I probably threw away $180. Promptly called the site I bought it from and canceled the order. hooray!

I still want an xbox. Is there anything in particular I should be looking for? Are there any good deals going on I can take advantage of? Xbox 360 premium, whats that going to be, $299?

typing "runme.sh" at the shell prompt results in "command not found". Exactly what command would I type to make this run?

Anyone have a technique for landing that thing on the tee?
