My tablet touch screen is unresponsive, how can i troubleshoot?
Recently, I bought a tablet. I expected it wouldn t be the best quality since I got it very cheap, but upon it s arrival i ve found that the touch screen isn t working at all, responding to my touch. I can t even get past the lock screen.
The seller has been completely unhelpful, and hasn t given me any ideas what i can do. I d tried to remove the batteries, but it seems that this tablet doesn t have anywhere that you can remove the back.
Is there a way i can troubleshoot this. It s a Fugetek 7 tablet, android 4.1 OS I believe.
