  • Is my Vitamin C Micro Refiner from The Body Shop expired?

    I bought it last week and used it for the first time a few days ago. It was too harsh, it hurt my skin and smelled bad. Like those old lipsticks, you know? I bought it after reading the reviews about it on MakeUpAlley and everyone was talking about how awesome and fresh the citrus-y smell is and how gentle those tiny particles are. The particles did not feel gentle to me.

    It is not recommended for sensitive skins but my skin is not sensitive, at least I don't think so.

    I also couldn't find a production date, expiration date or anything on it.

    So, is there anyone here using it? How does it actually smell? Is it supposed to smell and feel like that?

    I'm thinking of taking it back but will they change it? I used it once and I only have my credit card receipt thing, which only shows how much I paid in total, not what I bought.

  • If I purchase Bitdefender Antivirus will I be able to re-install it on MY computer, without a back up disc?

    In case of a system recover or something, will I be able to download the software again and just continue using it with my serial/key?

    I'll need to pay 11$ more for a backup disc(optional) and their "explanation" confused me.
