I have a bad cough and flu, my throat is very itchy and I have greenish phlegm. What can I do?
I think its an infection or sth due to lack of sleep, my throat is very itchy which makes me cough more. Sometimes, it will come out as mucus. I have both transparent and greenish mucus too. What should I do besides seeing a doctor? I have been taking Clarinase and fluimucil. It has been going on for a week now and I really want it to stop. I cannot take honey too since I'm allergic to it. Thanks for all answers!
