Do I need to prime over texture paint?
We recently took down some wall paper to find that there was only drywall behind it. We primed over that and now are preparing to apply texture paint. The guy at the store told us we should prime over this before painting it a different color. Is this true? Do we need to also prime the texture paint or is it just added work? It seems like a lot of layers to me... Thanks!
