  • How much do honor roll students study?

In high school, do kids who typically have a G.P.A. of 3.5 or higher actually study outside of class to get their good grades, or do the good grades just come with very little effort? Doing homework is not studying.

  • All Youtube Videos are green, and I can't fix it?

Before you answer, I can't "Enable Hardware Acceleration," because for some reason, it simply doesn't appear whenever I click settings. There's only Camera, microphone, storage, and privacy, but no display option which contains the "Enable Hardware Acceleration." Please help. And once in a while it starts working by itself for a minute, but then it stops and it's back to green.

  • How do you make a possible explicit rule for non-arithmetic and non-geometric sequences?

I can only do arithmetic and geometric sequences, but this one problem is neither, and I just can't figure it out. For example this sequence: 1, 3, 6, 10, 15. It's going up by 2, then 3, then 4. That's going up by one, which is consistent, kind of like arithmetic. Can someone please explain? I do not want the answer, I simply want to know how do this kind of problem, and what this is called exactly.

  • How much of a difference does studying make on the SAT?

Like how many points would you rise if you actually do study for it? Like if you have 1500 without studying. What could you have if you did study months in advance?

  • I'm confused, do you completely ignore a girl after rejection, or still talk to them?

Because I don't want to annoy them, since they obviously don't want anything to do with me, but it just doesn't feel right to not even look at them. Like maybe just say hi when you see them, but nothing more?

  • What are the risks if someone has your driver license's number?

You know, if someone has your credit card number, they can steal cash. So what if they have your license number? Is it possible to change it?

  • How to stay strong, and stick with my decision?

I'm trying to use all of my willpower to stop talking to this one girl. It's really hard, and every single time she walks by me it's so tempting. I feel like I could give way any day now. And don't tell me to just talk to her, I've made my decision, it's final, and I don't feel like explaining why I'm not talking to her.

  • Do you think I've made the right decision?

The thing is that I always had to start the conversation with this one girl, who I really liked. Although she made an effort to keep the conversation going, she just never, NEVER started it, ever. When we're walking, she wouldn't even look at me and acknowledge my existence until I said hi. That really bugged me, because all of my other friends would at least look at me, but oh no, not her. It was like that for two months, then I sort of asked for her number which she actually gave but not before she told an unbelievable lie, that she had a boyfriend. Complete lies. So, I've just stopped talking to them all together, after that fateful day, for weeks, do you think what I've done is right based on all of this information?

  • Why won't this crush go away?

I've literally done everything in my power to stop liking this person. Usually I only like people for a week, but this one has lasted 3 months. I've tried to stop myself from liking them by just focusing on the negatives on her, like how she's not exactly the brightest bulb, and how she is not as beautiful as once thought, but still way above average. People say after being rejected, it's easy to move on, well I got rejected, yet I'm still liking this person. I've already accepted the fact that there's no chance between her, I just don't get why I'm still attracted to her, despite her ridiculous amount of faults, and being rejected. I thought being rejected would stop me from liking them, but no, it had no effect at all. So, any thoughts as to stop liking this person, who has just for some odd reason been deeply burned into my mind?

  • Was this really a mean answer?

This was my response to this question: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AswCb...

"Okay, like seriously, you've lately been asking a ton of questions relating to this girl. You're becoming obsessed, which is not true love, it's obsessive love which never works out. If she's giving off a bad vibe as in looking mad at you, then she probably is and is in that case not worth your efforts. Ultimately this is what I think you should do. Do to the best of your ability stop liking her, there are plenty of articles to help you. As for her talking to you again, I honestly think the last thing you should do is talk to her first, sad and painful yes, but absolutely essential. If she did care for you and your well-being, then she should talk to you first, and if she doesn't then that just undeniably proves that she unfortunately doesn't like you, so you can begin the process of moving on."

Because apparently it was a mean answer at least according to other people, but honestly how is this mean in anyway? Like seriously? They wanted an answer, well they got it.

  • Does getting straight A's mean you're not pushing yourself hard enough?

Like you're not even working hard for those A's, yet you get them. Does that mean you should probably be taking harder classes?

  • Is getting one B on your report card bad?

I really messed up on this one test, and it's enough to bring my solid 4.0 down to a B. I've been getting A's all my life, and now I have one B, is it that bad?

  • Does anyone know the name of this girl?

The girl just appears in this music video called "Can't take my eyes off you" by Andy Williams.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GkRakKjrP6U

I know this question is rather vague, but I've been frantically searching and I can't find the answer anywhere, so now I have to use yahoo answers.

  • Did I give up too easily?

I got this girl's number, and I only called one time, three weeks ago, and she neither answered, or has she called back in three whole weeks. I figured I'd just talk to her in person, but I later thought, no, if she wants to talk, she'll approach me. Well she didn't that day. So, that's when I decided to completely forget her. Now it's been three weeks. And I know for a fact that she doesn't like me. But I was mainly going for some type of friendship.

  • Should you stop talking to a girl if they didn't return your call?

I only called one time, I called TWO WEEKS ago, and she still hasn't called back. Now I'm finally back and get to see her in person, yet should I even keep talking to her, or just stop talking to her? As a note I'm not entirely sure she does have my number, but she probably does, since most people have caller id.
