I m a senior in high school and recently I ve started to take a liking to one of my friends. The only problem is that she s expressed apprehensiveness towards dating, although I don t think she s entirely against it. I really need help on thinking of a way to ask her out or tell her I like her without making it too awkward because I would still like to stay friends if she says no.

Also I m also friends with her best friend if talking to her best friend might make a difference.

I'm a junior in highschool and can't find a girl that I like at my school. Could anyone suggest another place I could go to meet someone?

I m doing an English project and just can t figure any actor that could play Widow Douglass. Also it cannot be a actress that has already played in a Huckleberry Finn movie.

So there's this girl that I know and we've hung out about three times and we just kind of talked about things. I want to ask her to maybe go out and do something but I have no clue what. She tends to be a bit on the less social side so I don't want to make her uncomfortable. Where would be a good place to hang out with her at and why?

We're both 16 btw.

So I used to know this girl in eighth grade, but lost contact because we only had a class together. After that I smiled and waved to her every time I passed her...it's been three years. Out of nowhere we accidentally meet and she asks for my number and says we should hang out sometime. So the bed Friday we hung out at school after school and just talked for and hour and a half. A week later I asked if she wanted to hang out again sp we hung out at my place on the weekend and again we just talked and had a good time for like four hours. I'm pretty sure she likes me, but she said she's been trying to talk to new people so I don't know if it's my be just a friendship thing? What do you guys think?

Also I want to ask her to hang out and do something, not just at our houses. So where should I ask her to go?

I really want to get to know this girl I like and there's a chance she could like me too, but I barely see her and mostly have to use texting. How do you start a conversation through text without intruding on her life too much. People tell me to ask her how her day was and play question games, but I'm really shy and feel like I'm intruding too much on her personal space. So how can I start up a conversation without being too personal.

I'm in my second year of high school. Ive found a girl I really like but I can never take the initiative. When I get advice from my friends all the normal things to say seem odd to say or too intrusive on others lives even though others agree it's perfectly normal. I'm at a point of my life where I'm sick and tired of being normal. My personality is unstable enough given a little bit of influence from any social group would change me. I'm wondering given any social group which one should I join and why?

Obviously I will keep basic morals like don't do drugs.

I really need input to put my life in some direction.

I'm a 16 year old guy in high school. I would like to get a girlfriend but I have lots of trouble. I'm super shy when I'm getting to know someone and getting to know a girl I'm interested in is hard for me to do. I try to run from my problems and I regret it every time. I'm why enough for some people to think I'm asexual. Once I know a person I'm a little less shy around them. How can I attempt to get a girlfriend with my shyness around strangers? I'm starting to get desperate.

Don't tell me to change my personality this is who I am. I already have a girl that I like I just need to get to know her better.

i met an old friend a while ago. I want to be her friend again possibly more if it goes well, but she goes to a different school so we can only text. I'm really shy and bad at texting people. Whenever someone tells me what I should say to her I don't do it because I'm insecure with my ability and overanalyze things.

How can I stop overthinking things and/or how do I become friends with her again without letting me overthink too much.

Please don't lecture me about needing to be less insecure with myself, thanks.
