My mother died from it about 11 yrs ago and I was trying to figure out if it was a melanoma death or stomach cancer. My Dad says stomach cancer but I seem to remember someone in the family saying otherwise because she had had a mole removed a year or two prior to her death.

Any advice will do.

My mind is always going. Scattered though. I think about trying to sleep if I wake up and when will my alarm go off? I wonder when I will be discovered to be a fraud....it just won't stop! I even tried relaxation and visualization techniques NUMEROUS times and am constantly distracted. aaahh

It just seem like freakin overkill! I mean like 'em if you have to/want to but there is so much J.Bros activity I'm starting to kind of get a bit of an advertising stench right under my nose (and a bit of hype bile in my throat). Anyone with me?

I need something simple, vegetarian and quick. Dairy is fine but no fish.
