I want to start a personal blog. I'm fairly computer literate (html coding, etc.). I don't want to host the blog myself. I am interested in features that will allow me to fiddle with design and formatting. I want it to be as usable as possible.

Any suggestions on which one to use?

(my preference would be not to use blogger because I use that for a work blog and am automatically logged in with my work account - if I use it for my personal blog too, I'll have to log out and log back in all the time.....I'll do this if there isn't another decent product out there, but would be interested in trying something else instead).

I have dark brown hair

light skin with some freckles in the summer

blue eyes

Why would people ask for someone else's opinion if they have already made up their mind?

Are they lacking in confidence and therefore just need the rest of the world to affrm their decision?

Or is there something else to it?

What am I missing here?
