  • Is it illegal to open and read someone's email?

So my company shares an email program, Groupwise. Within this program there are certain email groups that have been set up so you don't have to type out every single email address. Recently our marketing group found out that our boss added herself to the "Marketing Team" email group to monitor our emails. She never announced this or asked permission. We are seriously offended. We are not going to take legal action but we would like to speak to her about this in terms of legality. So does email fall under the 4th amendment?

  • HELP! I need someone to give me advice on caring and training my cockatiel?

I have an 8 year old male cockatiel named Buddy. Buddy has been in my life since he was one. Sadly, I never could get him trained. Everytime I tried, I got too busy and gave up. Now I really want to get him used to me handeling him. For the past three days I've been getting him out of his cage for about 20 min twice a day (once in the morning and once in the late afternoon) Everytime I get him out, he freaks out, hisses and bites me. He hates when I touch him, and always flutters out of my hand.

He's a sweet bird inside his cage. He sings to his mirrors, and when I whistle, he whistles back. But as soon as I get him out, he freaks.

I also have some questions about diet and health. Buddy seems a bit thinner to the cockatiels at the pet store. I feed him cockatiel seed, seed treats, and these little brown seed things that hang on a branch that I buy in the pet store. I tried adding fruits, vegtables, and pasta to his diet but he won't eat it. I'm worried for him.

If you can give me any advice, set me up on a plan, anything! answer back or heres my email

  • What Hunter division should I show in?

Okay, I've done eventing all my life and now I'm at this boarding school (I will not give out the name to it) and Im on the varsity riding team. We do hunters here. My trainers here want to know what division I'd like to show in. Im totally clueless. I'd still like to work a bit on my hunter form, I've found it quite different from the way I ride. But I've improved greatly at my time here. At the moment, during my lessons Im jumping about easy 2 to 2.6 courses. In eventing I did Beg Novice and I was rating to a D3 in Pony Club. What division should I do in Hunters? Children's? BTW, I'm a freshman.
