I downloead a beard and hair add on for withcher 3 , installed it and lauched the game but didn't get the content of extra hairstyles

then I downloaded a sword add on for assassins creed unity,and it also didn't work, then I checked the ps4 library and found that the add on is on a separate assassins creed unity, its like the add on didn't detect my game

my witcher 3 game is rated by pegi

and AC unity is rated by ESRB(if this information is important)

So why are my add ons not working and how to do I fix it because I want to download the dead kings dlc and I don't wanna waste 7 gb of space and time for nothing
