  • Infant Daycare in Dallas area?

I'm going to be a first time mom in November, and I'm beginning to investigate child care. Are there any day care facilities that you know of that I should consider in the Dallas area? Any I should definitely stay away from? I've heard good things about Primrose School chains.

  • Anyone have regular ovulation, but taking Clomid?

I have had all the tests done, and I have absolutely normal FSH and progesterone levels. I also have regular ovulation and 14 day luteal phase.

Since I've been ttc for over a year, my doc prescribed Clomid, and I will start taking it this month.

My question is: Will I still be able to determine that ovulation has occurred by using my BBT data? My doc has recommended that I get bloodwork to determine progesterone level on CD 23 for this reason. I'm just not sure that it is actually necessary since I have already done this and have had good results. I feel like it is a waste of $200 at the lab.

Does anyone else have experience with this?

  • Nausia 7-9DPO and temp dip 10 DPO...pregnant?

My breasts don't feel tender and I have had no spotting, but the nausea is strange and it coinsides with a temp dip. What are my chances?

  • Did I ovulate today? (Conflicting signs)?

Ladies, I need some help. I had a huge BBT drop on CD10 and had 2 opk-. CD11, I had a big temp rise, and two opk + tests. Today, I had no temp drop, and I had an opk- at noon (but it was close) and an opk- at 7:00pm.

So did I ovulate today? I've attached my chart...can you take a look?

  • Fertility testing all came back normal. Now what?

We've been TTC since October 2008. We recently went through the sperm analysis, CD1 (progesterone) and CD3 (thyroid and FSH testing), and all came back normal. I have regular 28 day cycles with predictable ovulation. We do have trouble timing intercourse consistently because of the hubby's job.

I am READY for this to happen in the next couple of months, but can't afford IVF.

What is my next intervention (that won't break the bank) that I can ask my doctor about? Thanks for your help!

  • Any vitamins/foods to help conception?

I've been ttc for over a year, and it's just not taking. I think I'm timing intercourse well, and I am taking prenatal supplements, but is there anything else that I can be doing in the vitamin/ food department?

  • Spotting on CD 15...this is weird and I'm freaking out!?

I've been charting my cycles for 11 months, and I'm a very regular CD 13 or 14 ovulator. I'm on CD 15 with no positive OPKs, and high temps, not to mention that I am spotting today. What the heck is going on? Help!
