I live in Scotland but don't have a good relationship with my GPS in my surgery I've had to fight for most things with them only just been referred to a chronic pain clinic as no painkillers make any difference and I'm a single parent with very little support from family and friends I often cry with the pain I'm in I've never found any doctor to listen to me I'm disabled with the condition. I'm on pregablin paracetamol and amitriptyline at night but I still can't sleep and won't take sleeping tablets due to the fact that I'm a carer to my daughter who has additional support needs but I'm depressed due to lack of help from my family and friends and social services I can have black out on a daily basis what medication can be added in to help cymbalta been tried and made no difference also slow release morphine was tried but had very bad side effects I'm at present on oxycontin slow release but I'm not sure if I can be on these long term any advice would be great

I am in agony everyday my daughter has to help me dress etc I hate my life I've thought about ending it I can't go on like this anymore I feel useless as my wee girl has to help me with everything it's no life for her seeing her mum like this I just want my life back I hate this condition I have been referred to a pain clinic so just waiting for appointment but nothing works anymore in desperate for a miracle I need help can anyone tell me what has worked for them

I've had fibromyalgia for 6+yrs and I'm now experiencing balance problems and have to use crutches my doctor said that I have health anxiety and that my balance problems are imaginary I have asked for a referral to pain clinic as I'm in severe pain 24/7 I blackout due to the pain and my doctor just sends me away with pain pills that don't work I'm speaking to practice manger tomorrow it's surely my right to get a referral to a pain clinic

I've just been put on oxycontin 5mg continuous release tablets for my fibromyalgia cause my pain ain't controlled on other treatments that I'm on I've been told that they opiates but I don't think can be on them long term what other treatments can I be on

I wasn't getting any relief of tramadol so my go put me on this I haven't to take it till tomorrow my doctor said that its unlikely to knock me out as its such a low dose but I'm scared as I've never took anything stronger than tramadol I'm also on pregablin and paracetamol and my asthma inhalers and phylocontin continuous tablets

Same cycle every day severe pain and fatigue I can't sleep because I wake up screaming due to the pain it's like someone has threw petrol over me and set fire to me I'm already on pregablin 150mg tramadol 100mg 4 times a day paracetamol 4 times a day and amitriptyline at night and my go running out of options tried duloxatene took allergic reaction to it what else can my doctor add in

it started yesterday thought it was dry skin however during the night I had severe pain in both hands and were bright red sweating no rash to see but we're very itchy and painful I took paracetamol and rubbed antihistamine cream on cream helped itching but pain not went away the only stuff I've had is my normal food but had red wine and mums triffle had sherry in what does this sound like to you I've phoned for medical advice but no one knew what it was and just giving self care advice

i have fibromyaliga and lately my legs have been buckling it happens without warning ive been to both to doctor and had to be taking into a&e as i was in terrible pain nothing was done till i saw my doctor who has changed my pregablin to diffident dose im scared to go out in-case it happens again but i have to take my daughter to school can i get walking sticks or aids that will help me im only 31 im depressed

iv had fibromyalgia for 4 years always had severe pain with it so on a list of medicines for it but for last 6 weeks im getting what i think is fibro fog im finding it difficult to care for my 5 year old cause im exhausted constantly i do exercise as was told it would help but im even having to go to bed as im exhausted but even that isn't helping i don't know what to do my friend helps me as much as she can

i had her at hospital yesterday for a check up as is badly asthmatic she has always been on the skinny side but she is very skinny you can see her ribs my health visitor discharged her so really there no one keeping a eye on her weight other than the hospital and community pediatrician i was going to give her build up drinks as she has a good diet but tends to pick at her food also full of energy never stops i really don't know what to do any advice would be great

iv had severe back pain for over a year now im on pregablin paracetamol and tramadol none of these tablets work i have been referred to a back specialist also last year my mri scan showed 2 slipped disks to which i have severe pain from my hip all the way down my leg also numbness in my groin is there anything else which can be added to my medication i cant take codeine or nsiad ie ibuprofen or aspirin im at my wit ends im getting no sleep im tired all the time

i had a mirena coil fitted on the 3rd of april was straight forward had bit of pain but nothing major however since last week been getting this dark brown discharge it smells like vinigar also getting alot of cramping in stomach and lower back i was treated last week for urine infection finished antibiotics is this discharge normal if not should i see my gp

im from a large family who all expect to much of me at times im always having to give up my spare time to either babysit or do favors for my mum when i tell them its to much i get called a selfish cow but im myself with my own daughter and all the stress that im under is making me ill im getting chest pains headaches palpitations and im having problems with my anger its my daughter who is getting the tail end of my anger but im often left exhausted and in tears i sometimes want to pack up and move far away from my family but i love were i stay what can i do to make things easier

we then used a different condom and i didn't get the burning could i be allergic to the spermicide on the other condom just seems really weired i don't have any stis as me and my bf were tested so i know its not a sti im sterilized but i still use condoms

my wee girl has chickenpox although iv been giving advice on how long they last etc is there anything that will help the spots scab quicker some are stating to scab so i suppose that's good but im a loan parent and i cant really avoid taking her out cause iv no one to help me other than her dad i don't want to keep her stuck in a house cause its upsetting for her any advice or remedies would be great

i took my 5 year old daughter to a holiday club as i thought it would be good for her to meet other children and socialist how ever it was a disaster she ran out the door 3 times spat kicked a hit me im a loan parent and she is 5 and is usually fine about being left as she goes to other groups i don't know weather no to take her back and try again or just be firm and hope that she settle cause she was fine once i left and her 2 cousins go as-well its not that im trying to fobbed her of its just shes totally dependent on me and i just want her to socialize in other activity's without me before she goes to school am i being unfair cause i do spend time with her everyday and she was well prepared for this holiday club

we been seeing eachother since july the thing that is bothering me is although we sleep together and have sex when hes at mine or im at his were like friends in away but i can not admit that i dont love him cause i do he said he thinks things are going fine and hes never cheated on me but i think hes the one as he is a kind carering person do i tell him how i feel or just see how things go

im a loan parent with a daughter and im getting very annoyed with things just now one being the fact that i have health issues i have fibromyalgia suffer from extremely severe pain and exhaustion i don't have allot of family support simply cause my mum has my 2 younger sisters and and also helps my sister with her 3 boys so no one that i can turn to for help other than my daughters dad he doesn't work only sees my daughter on a thursday for 3 hrs which i feel is rubbish but there you go iv raised with social works and health visitor on more than one occasion that i feel my wee ones dad cud do more its like he forgets he has responsibility's yes i understand that being a parent is a 24/7 job but it shouldn't just be down to one parent to take responsibility my daughter is 5 she can be extremely demanding and i often get moody as im knackered i just want my wee ones dad to understand how hard it is and that all i ask for is a day to myself

she is asthmatic on brown and blue inhaler and singular tablets at night iv had her at my doctors several times since november told to give her calpol etc after 6 weeks of being told her chest was clear and still no improvement i took her to a&e as was coughing up blood told xray of chest and blood tests were normal im at my wit ends she is on the max of her brown inhaler and im reguraly giving her the salbutamol inhaler but no difference iv been told the wheeze i can here is coming from upper airway is there anything else i can do other than what im doing

shes is nearly 5 and has asthma since she was a baby also born 9 weeks early so lungs haven't caught up but this cough is productive she has been bringing green phlegm up also the force of cough is making her sick shes also has had a temp but comes down when i give her calpol what is worrying me is that iv had her at the doctors 3 times and keep saying its viral if its viral the cough wouldn't of lasted well over a week i don't feel enough is being done i feel she should be getting a chest xray and blood tests done cause listening to her chest she is wheezy and i can here rattling should i take her to a&e or should i hold of
