I am being harassed by another tenant?
I complained to my apartment manager regarding tenants that are extremely loud at all hours of the day and night. Since then they have been harassing me. What are my legal recourses and should the issue be handled with an attorney, reported to the police, reported to the management company or all three?
The issue with the other tenants being very loud and unruly was handled badly and not followed up with by the manager properly. There have been other issues within the complex regarding the same situation as well. Thanks for the help.
