  • Wondering what to buy: Fallout 2 or Old World Blues DLC for New Vegas?

I'm too broke for Fallout 4 (*cries*), but I never played Fallout 2, or the DLC for New Vegas. So I'm sort of wondering if I should get Old World Blues or play Fallout 2?

  • Games I can play with my horse?

I'm on spring break, and I really want to spend some time bonding with my horse. However, I don't want to just do work. Does anybody have any games I can play that my horse might pick up easily? Any suggestions are good and welcome. :)

  • Limping horse. How long to heal?

So, my horse has recently started limping. It happened after a trail ride, and only started up after a good cantering session. The sand on the trail is pretty deep in some parts and I think she may have pulled something. Her hooves and legs seem perfectly fine and there is no heat. We think we felt a hot spot somewhere in the shoulder but we aren't sure. It seemed pretty deep. We will be taking her to the vet soon to see what they say, but I'm just worried about her. If she has pulled something, how long do you think it would take to heal?

She doesn't limp when just walking around the pasture, only after harder work. Then she seems fine again after she's rested, but it comes back as soon as the working comes back. It seems a little better on the dirt road near where I live, but it seemed fairly bad after the trail ride.

  • Bug repellants?

What is your favorite bug repellant for your horse's legs and such? Homemade? Which store bought brand?

And could I use skin-so-soft like people do? I'm guessing not, but I was just wondering.

  • Horror movie suggestions?

I'm looking for good horror movie titles to watch. Not really looking for classics in this case, but all sub-genres are welcome.

Interesting sci-fi titles are also welcome.

    Is this hackamore too low?

So, I don't have much experience with bitless bridles. But I recently bought this horse and she is used to riding with a hackamore. I don't see any reason to switch her over since she behaves well and responds to the bridle she has. But I'm worried it's too low on her nose? I've tried doing some research but I just can't tell. :/

  • What should I use to detangle my horse's tail?

Okay, so Bebe came to us poorly groomed, and we have now set aside time to really get down and dirty with her tail. (A lot of time will definitely be needed) Her mane isn't too bad or unmanageable, but her tail.... It's just awful. The whole thing is a mass of dreads and knots. I've heard of WD40 and show sheen and magic cowboy and main n tail and... UGH. I just don't know what to do. I am looking for a product that will just help me along in weeding out these rat nests. Aside from product, I plan on using fingers and a wide toothed comb. I'm kind of hoping for a detangling spray that I can put in dry. And I don't favor the idea of WD40. But I'm open to suggestions and options.
