How many calories would this burn?
If I workout using these will it help me tone up and burn calories and how many calories would I burn.
Hitting punchbag for 30 minutes (small light punchbag) and using boxing gloves.
100 sit ups
4 planks using exercise ball
2 normal planks
100 squats
50 crunches (either using exercise ball or just on the floor)
I will also go on a walk for like 20 minutes or more.
I don't know my weight or height.
I am healthy eating too.

I am wondering if this dinner is healthy enough or not.
Half or a quarter of an Aubergine mashed with grilled pepper, courgette, onion and with some tin plum tomatoes on the side as well as some grated carrot.

I am eating the right amount for weight loss and for getting toned. I am a 14 year old girl I don't know my height and don't weigh myself so don't know that either.
Is my meal plan good enough:
Breakfast
1 whole apple and one weetabix crushed up into a bowl and with some almond milk.
Lunch
2 ryvita crackers with handful of watercress and 2 slices of quorn pepperoni
Dinner
Aubergine, courgette, onion mixed in tin chopped tomatoes
Snack
Handful of nuts (cashews, almonds)
Some soy yogurt
I only drink water too
Is this good enough? Is it too much or too little?
My dinner and lunch change often so I don't have the same everyday this was just what I had today. My breakfast is often the same.
Later on I do my exercises for about half an hour and I do hour long walks and swims at weekends.

I'm trying to get toned and lose a little bit of weight. I've been eating real healthy, lots of vegtables and stuff.
Today for breakfast I eat 1 apple cut up and coated in 2 tablespoons of plain soy yogurt.
For lunch I ate 2 ryvita crackers with a handful of watercress and 2 quorn pepperoni slices.
For dinner I had courgettes, onion, peppers and kidney beans coated in red pesto.
I felt hungry afterwards so had like 4 small handfuls of shreddies and 2 satsumas and quite a few handfuls of nuts (cashews and almonds) and then I had like half a cup of yogurt (soy yogurt) have I ate too much? Will I gain any weight?

If I have half a small tin of lima beans and 3 tablespoons of kidney beans mashed together with 4 plum tomatoes mixed together, will this cause me to bloat? I know beans can make you bloat so I'm worried that this will make me bloat. Will it? If so can I prevent it?

Okay so I'm trying to lose the bit of fat that covers the abs so that my abs will show, so I have been healthy eating and doing exercises and I was wondering if my diet is good enough to lose the fat.
Breakfast: soy yogurt (like half a cup full or something like that) and an apple with a bottle of water
Near lunch cup of green tea
Lunch: 2 weetabix with almond milk and another cup of green tea
Afterwards 2 satsumas or grapes
A green tea
Dinner: Mediterranean vegetables with kidney bean mash
I will drink lots of water through out the day of course.
So is this diet good enough?
If not how can I improve it?
Bare in mind though that I am vegan and 14 also and female (if this makes a difference lol)
And afterwards I do some sits ups, crunches, squats, exercises on an exercise ball and go on a walk and some other stuff.

I'm not trying to judge people but I'm just wanting to know why some people eat such unhealthy crap all day.
Like the food packets say that the food is high in calories and fat but people just eat loads of it anyways.
And then they go to McDonalds and Burger King and places like that and eat massive burgers which are soaked in fat and have a ridiculous amount of salt and calories in them.
And then the people complain that they are so fat but carry on eating unhealthy anyways.
I don't understand why people do this.
And how can you abuse your body by putting so much crap into it?

Not my diet by the way it's my sisters diet but I wanted to see how unhealthy it is.
Breakfast she has nothing
Lunch 2 slices of white bread with loads of cheese and a bag of crisps then some chocolate
Dinner (changes daily) (dinner she had today)
2 sausages 2 eggs and 1 slice of bacon
And she has like 4 drinks of orange juice
She doesn't really care about her health even when I try to tell her about healthy eating
But her funeral when she fat and has heart attack

I am trying to get a toned tummy and I'm wondering if I'm actually getting any muscles on the lower part of my tummy. I can feel small bits of muscle just above my bladder (they weren't there before so I am assuming they are muscles that I have gotten from working out)
Will I get muscles in the centre of my tummy now? I know it takes time but will I?

For dinner I have either soup or something with lots of vegetables (my dinner plan changes like everyday but I happen to have soup today)
Is this enough?

I want to get more toned body and I'm wondering if this is a good workout routine and diet plan.
150 sit ups
100 squats
Around 10 minutes of weight lifting (light weights)
The bicycle workout (do this for like 4 minutes at a time)
At weekends I go on a 1 hour long walk
I do the plank like 6 times a day for 30 seconds each
40 mini push ups (lady push ups)
(Trying to learn how to do full push ups)
For my breakfast I have a weetabix
For lunch I have normally a wholemeal brown bread sandwich with watercress and quorn chicken style slices.
For my dinner it changes but normally it's something with vegetables in it. I will often make some soups too.
I will also have an apple before or after my dinner.
I drink lots of water too.
Is this a good plan for getting toned?
I have a bit of lower stomach that I just can't get rid of. Anyone got any advice?

Okay so in wanting to lose a little belly weight and tone up and get some stomch muscles.
This is my diet plan and I'm wondering if it is good enough for get fit.
Breakfast: 1 weetabix or done fruit. (It will be just one weetabix without milk cause I have no time in the morning to be sitting and eating)
Lunch: Quron chicken style slices and watercress sandwich.
Dinner: Will change but today i am having chilli con carne without any meat.
And I will probably have a small handful of nuts before or after my dinner.
Is this a good enough diet plan?
If not what can I do to improve it/ make it better.
And if anyone has any diet plan ideas can you tell me them, I'm vegetarian by the way.
I do like 30 minutes or more if exercise like 2 hours or less after eating my dinner.
