  • Will I over extend my credit?

    Two years ago I had no credit. So my mom co-signed on a car for me. I have been making more than the monthy payment for two years. 6 months ago I was able to open two credit cards. Both are nearly maxed out but due to a bonus I just received from work, one will be paid off ($1000 credit limit) and the other will be half paid off ($4000 credit limit). My current credit score is currently 710 but using a credit analyzer my credit score should go up by almost 40 points by paying down my cards. In a few months my fiance and I want to buy a house. He just filed for bankruptcy (court is completed but it is not fully discharged yet) so we will be relying on my credit for the house purchase. Recently his engine blew in his car. He wants me to co-sign on a car loan for him. If I do this how will it affect me being able to buy a house? Will my credit be over extended?

  • Which one should I buy?

    A Mazda3 5 door or a Dadge Caliber 5 door? Why? (Please explain in laymens terms as I don't know much about cars but I want to make sure I buy whichever will is better and will fit my needs better.) FYI if it makes a difference, I don't have kids yet but will be married in October. We plan on having kids right away so I will be putting car seats in them and safty is a concern too.

  • Do you know this book?

    My mom told me about a book she read in HS (in the early 70's) about the world splitting into two different planes of existance. The men were in one plane and the women were in another. They had to adapt and learn how to live without the opposit sex. It showed how they each exceled and failed at different things like government, economics, business, and just

    day to day living. I don't know much more than that but I would love to read this book. Does anyone know it?
