I cannot get my beagle puppy (7 months) to stay in his crate for 2-3 hours while I go grocery shopping, run errands, etc, and not make a mess in his crate. I have tried everything, including but not limited to puppy training classes, treat rewarding him when he does go outside like i want him to, and "punishing*" when I catch him going inside. he has plenty of toys in there, and we let him out to relief him self right before we leave, so he doesn't even have to hold it that long.

I feel like our entire days and months have been living around his poops and pees, we cannot do anything without having to worry about him making accidents. I mean i know dogs make accidents, and that ok once in a while, but everyday, 2-3 times a day is a huge problem.

We have another dog who can hold it until I let him out, and he has never had a problem in years. So I know its not because I don't know how to train the dog, I just don't understand what his problem is.

Please help me, I am so stressed, and desperate for any answer that could help me, otherwise I am going to have to re-home this dog to someone who can maybe help him better.

*when I say punish, I mean not giving him a reward such as a treat or a friendly encouragement.

A child hood male friend of mine has spent the last ten years of his youth as a registered sex offender. It started when he was 19 all because he had a girlfriend who was 17 at the time and the parents didnt like that. Well fast forward 10 years, he is on his last year of his sentence, and now has a felony, but has earned two bachelors degrees, and two minor degrees, and is pretty sure he will never find a job at a good company where his skills will be utilized.

I am not sure what advice to offer him (if any), and make sure he can continue to live his life in peace and not the hell, and embarrasment he has been living for no good reason.

my mom and dad got divorced in 1995 and have been separated since. They recently decided to get married again. What are the procedures to go about doing that, is it any different that just going to the courthouse and getting registered? or do they need a attorney to do so? Today I parked under this underpass to my apartment building so that I could be near the front to take a mini fridge up to my apartment. As I was leaving the managers husband who lives with her on the premise decides to flag me down to tell me the next time I am parked under there even for 5 seconds they are going to tow my car, but they always park their 4x4 under the roof for the past 6 years i've been there. They are old racist people who can treat people how ever they want and say and do what ever they want. They treat the foreigners there like complete sh*t, yell at them and say things like "what do you want?!" when you go in the office to pay rent or collect a package. Well today I finally had it, so when he told me not to park there I decided to say something this time. So finally my question... Is it legal for anyone to park under a under pass of a building that is not designed for permanent parking? Is it a fire zone, or something along that line? Say there were an emergency and a ambulance emergency team or firemen were trying to get thru the door but their vehicle is blocking the pass, could they be fined or in violation of some sort? Basically I want to know if there is any sort of law or rule that can forbid them from parking under the pass at a slant so that no one can get thru. Also do you think if I were to bring up this rude behavior to the owner that they might do something about his actions and his impoliteness in telling me so?

Recently I've been hearing a lot of 500-600 calorie diets. I know they are not safe because they are a third of what I should be getting for nutritional purpose. So I was wondering what a diet like that would consist of per day and where I could find that online. Thanks!

For some reason I have really high blood pressure. This is not a normal thing, it seems like this in only the past few days. I do not owe thousands of dollars to any collection agency, but I would say I have a few department store cards that went to collections. Would that affect me from buying a car? When I was younger I ran up a few cards and could not keep up with the payments. Hi, I recently started graduate classes, and all of my graduate classes are in the evening, so I decided to do my daily workouts in the mornings. So my question to all of you is when is the best time to eat breakfast. Should I eat breakfast right before I go workout? or should I wake up and workout then come back and eat breakfast?

I have a really bad leak at the base of my toilet. I have a two story house, and the original and only toilet in the house is upstairs, but when we bought the house we had another toilet taken out in a empty room downstairs, right below the upstairs now. Well that has been about 2 years now. Not sure what has happened now but when we flush upstairs or use the sink the downstairs toilet bubbles. On top of that the downstairs one leaks at the base it seems and all of our floors are wet. So everytime we use either of the two toilets the downstairs toilet leaks.

We have used draino, those acid things that come in a bag at lowes we have dumped in it. So now im not sure what to do. I really do not want to call a plumber and pay all the money, but I guess I will if there is nothing I can do. So please give me some ideas on things I can do, Thanks!

Ok so I've had this pea sized bump near my clitoris. It does not bother, but only when I go to wash my self down there and I feel it. I've had it there for about 2-3 months at the most. Never had anything like it before, but cannot find anything related on the web about it either. A few more things. I am 24 year old female, I am sexually active, but I've been with the same person for 6 years and no one prior to that. I'm not sure what it is caused by. Is it wrong not to want to have children? Don't get me wrong I love kids, but do not want any of my own. I've told my sisters that I would Love to take care of her kids and do everything for them. I would even love to sponsor a needy child in India or Africa. I've discussed this many times with my Fiance, and he always says he doesnt mind if we do not have kids, but I don't want to deprive him of not carrying on his fathers name. I just feel if I work so hard through college and law school, I should not have to quit to take care of kids. I know alot of women work and have kids, but frankly I do not want to do that to my children, I would want to be there for them every minute. But I also want to travel and be successful lawyer. Is this selfish of me?
