  • What are all the signs of true labor?

    41 weeks +2, first baby and am curious to know what are the actual signs of true labor! I've been having bad lower back pain these past few weeks and woke up with really bad cramps this morning.. not sure if any of these are signs of labor!! What other signs are there to watch for??

  • Walking during contractions?

    I'm 41 weeks +2 today.. I've been having really bad cramps all morning from the time I woke up, not sure if they're contractions or not but they've been off and on every 5 or 6 minutes or so but haven't been steady for the whole hour.. I lost my mucus plug and have been having the 'show' since i got my membrane sweep on Friday.. I've tried walking during the pain and sometimes it hurts too much for me to walk.. if i keep walking, especially during the pain, will it bring on labor faster? also, if i'm cramping while walking does that mean anything?
