Looking for someone who gets it....

I want to talk to someone when I am emotional, manic, or disassociating(among other things) and vice versa I am 27

My boyfriend and I have been together only a year. We moved in together last week and we are expecting our son to be born this week. I know this is way to fast but, I am neither asking for comments on that fact nor needing them. My problem is he goes out too much for me. No not everyday but definitely once or twice a week. No we are not married he doesn't have a ring on his finger, I'm not his mother tracking his every move... I just feel that with a week left before the baby is due it was kind of okay before but now, he needs to just cut it out for a while and "get his head in the game".

Paid the rent for the 1st of april on the 27th of march. They said it was ready. I went to check on it my boy friend stayed to sign the lease. It was not ready. Dead roaches EVERYWHERE. Living roaches as well. The fridge was pulled out, there was a moldy smell and there was no chain lock on the door. We waited for 2 weeks and still. Nothing done except the fridge is in place and they sent exterminators every wed or thurs (supposedly) but, there are still roaches, adult and baby roaches and we are expecting a baby as well on april 29th. He can't tell me if something is crawling on him... Please tell me there is some sort of law against unsanitary rental properties. Oh yes everything is documented as well. I have taken proper and necessary steps to protect my family and myself should this get ugly.HELP!
