Q about vomit vs. spitup?
It's a strange question, but I've never had to deal with this before, and thought maybe someone here had.
My son has an umbilical hernia. His doctor says that it doesn't hurt him, but I know it does. He says the only way it would cause him pain is if it became incarcerated, or entrapped. He said that the signs of that would be vomiting (because the small intestines would be blocked off, and no where for food to go), and he would not go #2.
My question is, my son is only 10 weeks old, so I don't know what vomit would even look like for a person who only eats breast milk! Would it still be white? Or would his stomach acids change it's color?
Sometimes he spits out a mouth full of milk a little bit after eating, and sometimes he spits out a liquid with white clumps in it a longer time after eating. My daughter never spit up once, so I don't even know which of these is spit up.
Please, real answers only. We are really worried about him, so I really want to know. We are taking him for a 2nd opinion on Wednesday at a children's hospital, but he's been in pain a lot more here lately. Thanks.
5 AnswersNewborn & Baby1 decade agoBackspacing on 2002 Ford Mustang stock wheels?
I am trying to sell some 18's that I bought when I had a 2002 Mustang. A potential buyer wants to know what the backspacing is on them, and my husband doesn't remember. All he knows is that it's the same as the wheels that come on it stock. Anyone know where I can find that measurement?
