I was messing around with VPN and wanted to setup my laptops with a VPN server. Unfortunately my battery died and when I turned it back on it required a log in and password. The problem is I put my log in and password and it says it's invalid!!! So how can I restore my laptop back to normal without logging in? I want to say boot up a image disk and change the settings back ?

Hello, I have an acer min in first series and I opened a file which basically froze my Laptop. I cant open any programs and all my drivers seem to be there but report missing when I open a program. I cant restart/recover my laptop is there any way that I could like master reset every like a different mode there is no f8 button either at the start when you turn it on? HELP PLEASE I DON'T WANT TO BE WITH OUT A LAPTOP!!! I did go to bust buy and they said a boot disc to recover data I personally have been digging into the solution but now my question is, is there a free XP recovery disc I read online they come in multiple disc?
