I know that driving under a dui suspension will land you in jail. I am currently serving a suspension for driving under suspension. I got the Driving under suspension with a dui. I can't get an occupational license because of a second underage I will be serving after this suspension is up. I was wondering what kind of fines and jail time I'll be looking at if I get caught driving. No preachers, I know driving under suspension is wrong. I've got a family to support and no other options.

Why don't they play new songs on Am Radio. If an AM and FM tower were sat side by side in the middle of a valley which would broadcast further? What would happen if you played new music on an AM radio frequency?

August of last year I was convicted of a DUI while under suspension. I was 19 at the time. I am currently under a one year suspension for the DUI and a one year suspension for driving under suspension. I served 48 hours in jail. I was wondering if they will uphold the suspension for the full 2 years. I was also wondering if these offenses will effect me getting a job. I've heard Florida is not near as strict on DUI's as PA. I'm just curious.

If a person is suspected of selling marijuana and the police find illegal copies of movies and software what will happen? What about if no one is home when they get to the house? What if my friend is on probation and they search the home, will he get a violation if there are charges involved? What are reasons for them to get a warrant in the first place?(Be as specific as possible) Can they seize computers if nothing is found? Can they take the house if nothing is found? Will they search the computers?

What if the person hasn't had marijuana in the house for a week?

Is a search still likely?
