Okay so certain songs actually scare me. Not like *oh my god what a disturbing song* but like inside i get really nervous. They arent scary songs, most of them are slow and sad. For example, Everytime, by Brittany Spears scares the h*ll out of me. I get so nervous and uneasy. I dont panick, or worry something bad will happen, I just get this really scared feeling in my stomach. It doesnt remind me of anything, and its fairly new. I do connect to it emotionally but dont think that has much to do with it. Does anyone else get this, or know what it is.. please

Okay so sometimes I get this random scared feeling in my stomach. Completely random things trigger it such as a person, or a song. I get this really scared/nervous feeling and I don't know why. I DONT get worried or shaky. I'm calm. But it's really strange and scary. Like for example there's this one person in my school, whenever I see her I get so scared. This has been going on for a couple years. I have already talked to a psychologist about it, I just want another opinion. Please someone help!
