What is your favorite restaurant in Las Vegas and why?

I will be taking a trip to Las Vegas soon and will be having dinner at Carne Vino. What should I order? (apps, dinner, wine, you name it).

What college football games this week are definite point spread victories? I'm looking to parlay 3-4 games and am having trouble picking my games this week.

I have younger children traveling with me to Las Vegas in October and they are really looking forward to going to the Goretorium. I have read that this place is pretty intense but, is it going to cause a 14 year old to completely lose their mind lol?

Are they going to be chased, touched, etc. that may cause them to get really petrified?

I am planning on taking a trip to Las Vegas in a few weeks and really don't want to miss a smaller teams football game on the same weekend. My question is, if I wanted to watch the game on a screen bigger than an iPhone and listen too it as well, where should I go?

The game is LaTech vs. Texas A&M on a Saturday night. Both teams should be ranked but, there will be other games going on with higher ranked teams facing off.

I have a friend who just recently moved into a new rent house with his wife. They chose this particular home because it had land for their horse which is difficult to find in the area for rent property. The house was being rented out by a younger couple who were planning on moving to another state.

Once they agreed on the place, they signed the lease with the following provisions (paraphrased but still quite ambiguous in the original text):

1. House will be cleaned before move in date (date specified on lease).

2. Flooring will be replaced in back 2 bedrooms.

3. Ceiling (water damage) will be repaired before move in date.

There were other provisions listed but none had much of an impact on the current issue. There was also nothing stated about the landlord breaking the contract for any reason, etc.

Once they signed the lease and initialed each page, they were told that a copy would be made and given to them on the move in date. When move in came, none of the fixes were made and my friends were not given a copy of the lease. Since the move in date, the landlords have decided that they want to move back into the property and have been making living there very difficult. Along with no fulfilling their terms in the contract, the landlords have also not taken their names off of the basic utility bills. This has caused the renters electricity to be cut off.

My friends do not want to move out as, like I said before, it is very difficult to find rent property that has land in the area, as well as the expenses they have accrued to move in. My friends have made many attempts to mitigate the problem by, not worrying about the flooring or roof repairs even offering to make the repairs himself at no charge.

At this point, what can be done. I am sure the outcome isn't going to be favorable to my friends but would really like some positive advice on what can be done to stay in the house and make the landlord uphold their end of the lease.

I live in Cleveland Ohio, in a mid level apartment complex. Recently we have had over 12 inches of snow. My dogs (Chihuahuas) cannot effectively (if that is the correct word to use) use the restroom, due to their size, outdoors. Recently I have been letting them out on my personal patio in order to do the deed. Last week I received a notice that said I would be receiving a 3 day notice to vacate unless I kept my dogs off of the porch. The management has been checking on my porch every morning at the same time in order to see if my dogs are out there. I did sign a pet addendum that states, "Pets are not aloud off on the porch". (Yes I did say "off on", I am not sure if that is poor grammar but it does make the context construable.) I believe in the extenuating circumstances, my rights should be amended. So what do I do?
