    As the picture here also shows, I have a huge gap of missing harddrive space. If I scan all the files in C:, I'm using 142 Gb of my 291 available GB. But I only have 99.2 GB free, according to my properties on the C:/

    Before I get the usual answers: I'm showing all my hidden files and folders, including the protected system operating files. I cleared away all my old system restore points, ran disc cleaner, my computer isn't using that much in shadow clone space (I already limited that), and I already defragged and scanned for viruses and adware. I'm not sure what could be accounting for this massive gap, but I'm hoping somebody here can help me out with that.

  • Halo 2 PC Reinstallation problem?

    First off, I will specify that I have legally purchased windows Vista Home premium and Halo 2 PC. I had to reinstall Vista recently after a unrelated mishap, and thus need to reinstall all my programs. But when I tried to reinstall Halo 2, the response I started getting was "Files are missing or damaged in the installation directory. Some important files required to run this game are missing in the installation directory"

    I got no idea how to address that, and would appreciate any help.
