I have 2 math problems and I have absolutely no idea how to do!

The first one is x^4-4x^3+3x^2

I have to determine the end behavior

Complete a table of: 4 zeros of the function, the multiplicity of the zero, and the behavior of f(x) at the end of zero

Find the y intercept

The second problem is (x-2)^2(x+1) and I have to do all of the same steps as a I did for the first one. Somebody pleeeease help me out because I seriously have no idea how to do any of this :(

I'm having to write about two of them for my EDU class and I don't even know what they do! haha

it cant be on love, hate, honesty, lying, integrity, death, define, definition, or cheating

I'm supposed to describe it with details, give examples, tell a story about it, or describe its process.
