I'm not going to say how I got them, but I have quite a few scratches on my back. They aren't very deep, but they kinda sting when I sit and put my back against the chair. Is there something I can do, or just deal? (It's not bad. Just annoying)

Wanted to wear a costume meant for the opposite gender? I ask because today, I took my daughter to a Halloween store to get a costume. She wanted to be The Joker from Batman. While she was trying it on, some woman felt it was her right to tell my daughter she should wear a girl costume, not a boy's. She then told me that I have to nip this 'behavior' in the bud and got mad when I told her to back off.

So, yeah. What would you do if your child wanted to wear a costume meant for the opposite gender? And what do you think of a girl in a boy's costume, or a boy in a girl's?

My friend and I are both expecting kids in 2013. We started debating about the names we like-she thinks mine is stupid and old and I think her's is stupid and trendy, haha. We need more than four opinions (us and our partners) though, for a good debate. So, which name do you think is worse?

Arthur Neil (Mine) or Ayleigh Prym (Her's)

My wife and I are excepting our first boy after three girls. We are naming him Arthur, but cannot decide on a middle name. The ones we have are:

Arthur Joel

Arthur Neil

Arthur Shea (Shea is a family middle name-my great grandfather, grandfather, dad, and little brother. We aren't sure about using this because it's not my middle name, and my little brother may want to use it for his son)

and Arthur Raymond.

We aren't all that open to suggestions or switching the order. His siblings are Elizabeth, Ivy, and Briar.

So, yeah, long story short, my dog ran into me while I was scratching my nose and my fingernail ended up making a cut in my nose. (the place where one would get a septum piercing) I've bloodied about 3/4 of a paper towel, but it's finally stopping. How long will it take for the cut to completely heal? (I googled it with no helpful results)

My wife and I just found out we're having a son. We have a while until he is born, but we've already thought of two names we like:

Arthur Orion and Jack Nolan

What do you guys think of those? Siblings are Elizabeth, Ivy, and Briar.

My wife pretty much saved me from despair, and her name is Rose. I have our three kids' names written around my right wrist, and I was thinking of getting 'The only hope for me is you' around the other with a small rose.

Keep in mind that I already have 27 tattoos so y'all that say "you'll regret that forever" are a tad late.

My three year old daughter wants a pet. We have two chihuahuas, but she wants 'one of her own'. I'd prefer to get her something she can physically pet, not a fish or hermit crab. She's very responsible with the dogs, and likes to play with them and feed them.

My daughter's name is Elixyvette. Her biological mother chose it, and I chose her middle name, which is Leah.

The biological mother is no longer in the picture. I have full custody of her, and my wife has adopted her. She's three, and we call her 'Lix'. I don't think she'd notice it very much right now if we changed it to Elizabeth and long as we still call her Lix. But I'm not sure if it's the right choice.

So, yeah.
