i use to love working out but recently whenever I workout I feel exhausted afterwards, not just tired but sleepy.

the other day after a work out i was sitting down pratically falling asleep but decides to some almonds that were in my bag, after eating just 1 I felt perfectly fine, like I uses to feel when I worked out, kinda peppy.

I ate an hour before I worked out so i know i wasnt starving or that hungry, is this normal? oh I'm only 20, and have been in sports and in shape all my life, so is there something wrong?

im writing about lowering the drinking age in america, its a really easy paper but i cant think of a thesis i really suck at those!!!

i have a wireless sprint card for my laptop is there anyway i can get connection for my pc from it??

yeah my friend drank a beer that was open in his room and he said it was there for about a month he said he wasnt feeling good so i told him to throw up..

i was walking and thenout of the corner of my eye y noticed this girl and well it was like time stoped and my chest felt really weird.lol it feels weird just talking about it

i was going over to talk to her but then someone got in front of me and i moved them out of the way and then she was gone.

so what should i do
