There are three of us on the lease and one roomate has become a serious problem. She pays her rent, but never cleans up, is loud, her dog is destroying the house(dog permitted on lease), we hate her and vice versa. We are past the 12mo occupancy period and now on month to month with 30 days notice to leave. We want her to move out, but she refuses, if we submit notice to vacate within 30 days as the lease calls for, can only two of us do that ending the lease for all three of us after 30 days even though she does not want to leave? Does she have legal right to stay(she would not be able to cover the place by herself, and lease does not allow for subletting, but would she have right to stay until she fails to make payment? How would we get our partial security deposit if so?) Or will the lease be terminated and she would have to reapply to the place?

The lease is not clear in this reguard the way it is written, and we are in MA.

I presume any one leasee at this point after the 12mo lockin period submitting notice to vacate would terminate the lease for all of us? is this correct?

We are fine with terminating the lease and reapplying(we understand landlord could raise rent) or possibly moving elsewhere, but we would like to know if this act is just handing her the apartment/lease for

I have a pioneer amp (GM-8601 1600W max 500W RMS digital) powering a pioneer (TS-W310D4 1400W max 400W RMS) subwoofer. The subs duel 4ohm voice coils were wired in parrallel(i'm sure) giving the sub a 2ohm impedence. The amp is rated at 500rms at 2ohm impedance so i was overpowering the sub by 25%...

To my knowledge a sub should be capable of handling the extra power as an amp will rarely reach its 500rms max, does it seem likely this is what killed it anyway? It did die under high volume(no crash or bang just death and a burnt smell once i pulled the sub from box and scratching noise when i press/depress the cone it's def gone, also no resistance measurement across terminals anymore, no continuity...)

My headlights dim under draw and was wondering about upgrading alt or adding a capacitor but the digital amp always showed blue light(no power problems) so i didn't bother, could this be a sign the sub was underpowered and this could be the reason?

i feel stupid not knowing if it was underpower or overpower that killed this sub but was my first setup and i'm trying to learn/not repeat... I ordered a ts-w3003d4 2k watt 600rms sub to replace it hopefully is more robust... but want others thoughts on this!! (there were a few instances of burn smell from the sub where i had to shut down volume really low in the days before the failure...)

First time build here so just hoping someone more knowledgeable could look over it, I've done things like replaced ram and a gpu before and os install but never a full build, anything incompatible or causing a bottleneck or anything i should shell out a few extra bucks on/downgrade because it's not needed, things like that, tyvm for your time

just had a guy put in 600sq ft of laminate for cheap(no contract, skip the "it's your fault" i am not seeking payment back from him or for him to redo it) and he put it at a half board stagger(48inch board then 24" starting the next row then back to full) which creates seams lining up every other board. After finishing one room like this and me pointing it out he "corrected" the method by doing the next room full board 1/3 2/3 which creates lined up seams every third board(i was away at this point)

How normal is this for laminate flooring? He claims this is normal is he correct? I assume it lowers waste but is this technically considered wrong? I can deal with it but would prob prefer a random pattern

I am having frequent disconnects and lag through comcast cable internet and a Netgear WPN824v3 router. When comcast installed it the installer cited signal issues and had to climb the pole outside and test some things. He stated splitting the cable to additional rooms would probably require an amplifier. We have not changed the cable, it comes from the pole, goes to a splitter, one goes to the main tv one goes to the modem which is then connected to the router.(yes i have kept them 3 ft apart)

I do not believe it is in interference issue, so please skip the normal replies of check microwaves, other wireless devices location ect

I have noticed with online speed tests when everything is fine i get about 14mbs/4-5mbps, when lagging out the test returned 1mp/.2mps for down/upload

is there a log or way to check the signal or snr the router is recieving?(all online articles ive searched interprets the search as "help boost my wifi signal!" and is very unhelpful)

is there a log or way to check bandwidth allocation of the router?( i have tried isolating devices and one at a time, but as the problem is frequent but intermittent it is difficult)

my uncle gave it to me a long time ago its been on my shelf ever since, most of the stamps are from 1975-1985. its 18 pages with 12-20 stamps on each page, and each page is a theme, many of them with a few still uncut out of a template decorating piece, some do have the postage mark over them, maybe 20-30%. the themes include renassiance style paintings, military icons or leaders, space, olympic games, nature, trains ect.

I'm going to buy a new laptop for school and i need to be able to hook it up to an old phillips 62" rear projection tv that has a vga input, 720p and 1080 compatible i believe. Will it be possible to do this with a high resolution and if so what should i get as minimum specifications?

I am aware that it is a powerful psychedelic when taken in above average doses(15g or quarter cup ground), but before trying it I'd like to know how it exactly effects your body to induce the psychoactive effects, and what health risks it poses. I have an older comp that i want to update a little and use my 62" projection tv. the tv is hd capable and has a VGA input. I mainly want to use it for work but would like to play games with decent settings if possible too. my setup currently is:

Im looking to build a tower to hook up to my 1080p HDTV (projection). What card(s) would you recommend to allow the highest resolution possible? I also want it to be able to handle any games i throw at it with max settings.

I have an older model phillips 1080p projection tv that i want to build a gaming rig for. It's main purpose will be to play poker on, and the higher the resoluton the more tables i can fit. I want it to be able to play any game i throw at it with max settings and a decent fps. What card would you recommend that's preferably under $200 (even lower would be nice if possible, but resolution takes priority). If you have time mobo, ram, and cpu suggestions would also be appreciated.

I have my laptop hooked up to my older model 62' projection tv via a VGA cable. The tv is highdef capable and up to 1080p. Currently once i connect it 480p pops up below the channel number (AV 5) and the max resolution i can use is 640x480 which is obviously impractical for any real use. 480p automatically pops up and i havenlt been able to change it with the remote. Also the VGA cable is not a high def. cable. My question is what can i do to bring the resolution up to something practical? I've heard of highdef cables but im not sure if my graphics card is capable of that output, i have a Nvidea GeForce Go 6100(weak i know). Please help!

I have an older model philleps projections tv and after trying forever to get the VGA hookup to work i figured out that the resolution had to be 640x480 for it to work, i know the tv is capable of 1080p but don't know how to utilize the higher resolution. 640x480 is too small to be practically used.
