Custom Horse hair rings?
I just had to put my horse down and I am looking for something to remember him by. I have some hair from his tail and I would really like to get a ring with some of his hair in it. After some of the rings I have seen I am worried though that the hair will fray and not look good after some time. Any suggestions on good rings where the horse hair is protected enough to stay in good shape? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

5 AnswersCameras9 years agoWhat could I do to calm a hyper, strong horse?
I just started riding a horse that is very hyper and can get strong. She is beginning to be very good with the flat work but we can't get over more than two jumps in a row without her getting too strong right now. We have tried several different bits and she fights them all. She also likes to speed up through corners and in circles instead of slowing down. I am trying to have her ready to compete in jumpers by summer however I know that might not happen. She is usually good going into the first jump then gets excited on the backside and gets strong. Any ideas on how to calm her?
I lunge her between 10 and 20 minutes before I ride and I usually ride 5-6 days a week.
