Okay so basically my friends ex boyfriend attacked me twice. The first time he came into my room and was drunk and yelling and held me down on the bed. He slapped me and choked me and inappropriately touched me. The second time he did the same thing but I called the police and he was arrested. I am choosing not to press charges but I got served a subpoena. Is it a valid subpoena and do I have to testify? Also do I need a lawyer? I really just want to put this whole thing behind me.

Okay so I've never had über sensitive teeth. But in theist few days my two front teeth have been extremely sensitive. It's the back of my two front teeth. Like they will give me insane pain when I open my mouth and air comes in. They also hurt really bad when I drink cold or hot stuff. Even when my tongue just touches them after taking a sip of water. HELP!
