Ok so i am 16 years old 5'9 and 110 pounds female. i recently lost 10 pounds from restrictive eating. i have so much anxiety about food and i think about food all the time. i agreed with my therapist that i need to gain 5 pounds, but for some reason even though i know i need to gain weight, i am terrified of it. how do i get over this.
