I found out that my fiance was speaking with her ex via facebook..Speaking to him isnt the problem..The problem is what she said..She told him she misses him and its as if she has missed him all her life..She goes further to say that this (guy) (me) wants to marry her soo bad but she says "im not in it" because he worry's about you ..She talks about never kissing anyone under a waterfall yet and says she feels" stuck"I love this woman very much but when shes carrying on with this guy and saying things like "ive been thinking allot about you" and "I was talking about you today" to this guy,I dont know what to do..She says she wants to marry me but she projects something else to this guy..I love this girl more than life itself and don't know what to do..I think im pressuring her too much to go ahead and get our marriage license early..? What do I do??

My 12 year old son has been struggling with slight autism over his short life.About 1 week ago at 3am I awoke to bloodcurdling screams coming from my living room.The screams were coming from my 12 year old son,9year old son and 16 year old daughter.It was the weekend and they had fallen asleep on the living room couches.My first thought was OMG someones in our home ! I sprang out of bed and ran for the living room.When I walked in all three kids were on the floor clutching each other as if the world was coming to an end.I asked "what happened"...My 12 yr old son then stated SOMETHING dragged him off the couch.He said he awoke hearing footsteps and it scared him.He then proceeded to explain that after he heard the footsteps something drug him from the couch to the floor.All the while my daughter and youngest son were sleeping and awoke to my 12 year old when he started screaming it scared them so they screamed.Ok,the night before my wife was looking at somethings online about getting our house blessed because she thinks there is some form of evil in it.They think this because my daughter has been complaining about seeing things and was actually hospitalized for a week due to it.My wife is very spiritual and believes that evil can take over your home .All this really took off about 7 years ago.I was a deputy sheriff and came up to a medical call because I was closer than EMS.When I arrived I found 3 children scattered across a back yard from a 4-wheeler accident. 1 of the children was a 3 year old little girl and was unresponsive.I had to start limited CPR.Its basically when you have some sort of pulse but no breathing.As me and a first responder was giving her breath,her little heart began to skip and stop.We did full CPR until EMS arrived.All that time her little hazel eyes were open staring right through me.EMS tried but were unsuccessful at reviving her. That week I had trouble sleeping because it broke my heart and I thought I could have done something different.I saw a little 3foot shadow in my hallway for a while.Well years went by and on July 4th 2009 I took a picture of my family after our night.In a mirror at a different angle of my family was a little girls face.It scared the hell out of my kids.I tried about 50 times to reproduce the picture and could not do it.After that anytime my kids got scared they would say it was the little girl.Then something that was my little angel turned into pure evil for my kids.My son now sleeps maybe 3 hours a night and is sooo scared of our house that he will go outside and sit on the porch as soon as the sun rises.He was out there so long yesterday that he now has sun blisters on his shoulders.We have forbidden him on going outside until it heals.He says he hears voices, whispers and footsteps..We took him to the doctor a few days ago and the doctor says she thinks we need to get our home blessed.I was pissed to say the least because she was giving her personal opinion.she said that she has several patients that she has told the same thing to.Well now my son is even worse and is scared 24/7 day or night.So what should I do?????????????????????????

Im a 32 year old male. for the past 6 months ive been on trt ( Testosterone replacement therapy ). I was getting 200mg a month and just 2 weeks ago got a shot. last week I was notified that my blood test results reveled my levels were till low and my doc wanted to increase my dose. Well I lost my job and insurance. my doc wants to charge me 300.00 for the visit plus the cost of the shot. I applied for temporary medicaid so I can hopefully continue the shots elsewhere until I get another job. I'm worried because my levels were still pretty low with shots. Whats gonna happen when I don't get one for awhile? Recently my mood is AWOL, I mean im acting bi-polar or something. My sleep is crazy, Im overweight and havent worked out in months. what do I do???

I applied to be a loss prevention lead person at kmart in fort pierce,fl.. upon doing so I was interviewed by the loos prevention general manger. After he interviewed me he felt i was experienced enough to be a loss prevention manager. He said he would talk to his DM and I would be hearing from him. A few days later I was called again for a second interview with HR. When i cam fro the 2nd interview the HR lady was very rude. I explained to her I was a prior deputy sheriff and had extensive experience in law enforcement and security. I told her I wanted to do loss prevention because I was tired of the political mess in law enforcement. She asked me if a drug test or background check would be a problem and I stated no,but I was arrested but the charge was dropped in the past and it didn't even have a bearing on me being an officer . I told her I just wanted to disclose it to her because it was the right thing to do, even though I knew it would have a bearing on me getting hired. she said ok told me to sit in a room and the GM came and got me. I laughed and said im sure that wont impact me getting a job here and he stated of course not and they would let me know something in a few days. a few days later she called me and stated they were going with another candidate. I was blown away because the GM said I was the most qualified candidate and even wanted me as his loss prevention manager. heres why im confused. they are required to Provide required notice before an adverse action.meaning if they make a decision regarding my background check a written notification must be provided to the applicant or employee before taking any adverse action based in whole or in part on what was in the consumer report. The notification must include:

• Copy of consumer report.

• Summary of rights prescribed by the Federal Trade Commission.

• Statement that adverse action is contemplated.

For employment purposes, the FCRA defines “adverse action” as a denial of

employment, a promotion, an assignment or retention as an employee, or other

decision that adversely affects a current or prospective employee.

they must Provide notice after an adverse action.

A written notice must be provided to the applicant or employee if the employer

takes an adverse action regarding the applicant or employee. The notification must

include:

• The consumer reporting agency contact information.

• Statement that the agency is not the decision-maker.

I'm working third shift.. that's 11pm -7am and ive been doing it for about 10 months..well i used to be a pretty healthy guy..I was a martial arts teacher and a deputy sheriff. well when i left my job as a deputy i became unhappy and stop working out all together ! its been at least 5 years since ive had a good work out.now im 32 200 pounds and i feel like pickle pig poo. Ive been on testosterone shot for about 6 months due to having extremely low testosterone. im on 200mg a month. i do feel good for about the first week after the shot but then downhill from there. Ok im getting away from the question..the question is..I work 3rd shift ,so how do i eat? workout? etc? I know from my training as a martial artist years ago that its not a good idea to eat at night due to your metabolism lowing down after 7pm. also Im thinking about working out right when i get off at 7am because thats when your metabolism and testosterone is at its highest .. my question is on the supplements and eating.. I will be taking beast creatine and napalm for a pre-workout..I also have protein for shake etc.. I have been taking my multi-vitamin before i go to work around 1030pm because i suffer from insomnia and i don't want to take it in the AM before bed..Any suggestions would help

I have a red pea sized bump under my right arm. it hurts to the touch and Ive had it for about 4 days. it seems to have gotten a little larger and now I,m having right shoulder pain. I don't know if the shoulder pain is related or not because i do some lifting at work. i wear one of those under armor sleeveless shirts everyday under my uniform. I wear deodorant everyday and I'm a male so I don't shave my pits.Any suggestions???

I have my appendix remove about 5 years ago. the pain is sometimes constant and goes back and forth from sharp to burning. its very low near my right hip or about and inch and a half above my hipbone ..it appears to be a little swollen.I'm a 31 year old male 214 pounds 5' 8". Any suggestions???

Every morning I have a bad taste in my mouth, I go to the sink and spit and see small brown clots mixed with blood. After I brush my teeth everything seems to be okay.I am not but a monthly or more drinker and I do not smoke. I have had a broken tooth in my mouth for about 6 months.I also suffer from Mitral Valve Prolapse. I cannot get to a dentist for about 2 moths.Is it okay to waith this long with my heart condition ?

I keep having this vivid dream of being near a beach house on the beach near dusk. when all of a sudden I see 3 lions. 1 lion is a male and 2 are females. My wife yells to get the kids and her grandparents in the house . as soon as I do I go back to a screen door and my wife is standing still telling me not to move, because the 2 female lions are walking around her but there not harming her. The male lion was just sitting on a sand dune watching .It was very scary for me because I thought they were going to kill her but they don't.its almost like they were protecting her. I had this dream 3 times in one night. can anyone shed some light?

I got a letter from my bank which is bank of america stating i owe 1,450 in interested on a forclosed home of mine and i need to bring it up to date..my home loan had nothing to do with bank of america,it was talor bean and whitaker..what is going to happen are they gonna freaze my bank account or something please help
