I am a 37 year old guy who likes reading and people. Nothing like a good debate to get you going.   • HELP I have a leak in the basement!!!?

    I have found and fixed several small leaks in my basement and thought I had them all... untill the last storm.

    I have one leak still but it is in a place that is not an exterior wall.

    The leak is an interior wall and about 2-3 feet from the nearest exterior wall. There is a drop down ceiling in this room and I can't get at the place where the water is coming in without ripping out the whole ceiling and framework for it.

    Any suggestions for an easy semi-permanent fix?

    (I have the house listed for sale so I can't do any major re-construction but I don't want to just put lipstick on the pig either.)
