How does the CCM U+ sandpaper grip hold up?
I'm thinking about getting the ccm u+, but am skeptical about how long the grip will last. Does it wear off after a few games or is it pretty durable? Thoughts?

I've read some of the reviews and they seem all positive. The only drawback seemed to be you might lose an edge easier. Thoughts?

1 AnswerMilitary1 decade agoEaston stealth s15s falling apart?
I've heard a lot of people are having problems with the skate coming apart. Specifically, the side of the skate right where the toe box ends starts to rip off or that the glue and stitching generally just come apart. Anyone here had those problems with them, or have pictures of the type of damage people are talking about?
2 AnswersHockey1 decade agoAnyone ever heard that black hockey tape has an acidic dye that eats away at the palm of your gloves?
I've been playing for several years and yesterday I was on the bench and one of the other players saw the holes in my gloves and told me about the "dye in black tape". I don't buy it, anyone ever encountered this?

6 AnswersHockey1 decade agoport forwarding and firewalls?
I just started using utorrent instead of limewire and to get faster downloads I used the guide on port forwarding from portforward.com. It worked however, but now when I start my computer I connect to my network, but it soon slows to 2mbps and won't load pages. If i restart the comp it will say theres more than one network available, but when I try to connect to the only one listed (mine) it doesn't do anything. If I don't have my netdefense firewall start up when the computer starts everything seems to work fine. Did the port forwarding screw something up with my firewall? What can I do?

Hockey1 decade agoany Marine reservists ever volunteered for mobilization?
I'm a reservist looking into it, just wondering how the process worked for you and how long it took to get the paperwork going. I just got back iraq a few months ago so we have a few years on the shelf with my current unit. Guess I'm just motivated.
