  • 100 percent water change for my betta's tank?

    I have a 3 gallon tank for my betta (I'm getting a bigger one with a filter when I can afford it) . And have been doing 100 percent water changes once a week since I've gotten him (about 8 months) . I was wondering if this is stressing him out? He seems fine and is always swimming around his tank and making bubble nests )not sure if that means anything) but I just recently read that that stresses them out. Can I put a filter in a 3 gallon tank (so I don't have to do 100 percent water changes) or would that cause a current and bother him? He also has a heater. Thanks
