How do you fall asleep instantly?
In a a lot of books ive read, theres always someone who falls asleep right away, and can wake up at the smallest noise. Usually its a soldier or warrior, and they say something about how a soldier must grab sleep wherever he can. ive been wondering for a little while, is it possible to do that? and how?
