I am a high school student and I am certainly not fat, but I do want to make a change before I start the next school year off. I'm not really looking for diet ideas, I know how to eat healthy. What I'm really looking for here is a great exercise program that can get me to a nice flat stomach by the time I start my next school year.

i want to audition to perform a dance en pointe for my school talent show-type thing that we have in march. i dont want to do a really classical dance with ballet music (although i do love that.) i just think for this audiance, i want to do something out of the ordinary. any good temporary songs? i was thinking maybe something like ron pope or coldplay or something of that style. any size list is fine.

For as long as I can remember, I've always eaten one thing at a time on my plate. For example in a steak dinner with potatoes and corn, I will always eat corn first, then move on to steak, and then the potatoes. Is there a name for this? Why do I do it?

I think I am going to try out for a school event. It's like a talent show, but it's all music related. Middle school to high school students try out and only some make it, so I need it to be really good, but I'm in middle school and only high schoolers can win first place. Plus, It's for charity. I want to do a lyrical/ballet type dance.. I can do pointe, or I may just do a modern dance. I am only thirteen, so please something age appropriate, (plus it's for school!) and no super long lists of songs.. Maybe 10 at the most? 12? I don't know, but only really good songs that you think would fit this event. Nothing too slow and boring but not like.. really upbeat. Thanks guys! :)
