Hi - I recently had a Ultrasound done after bleeding for nearly 2 months and it was found I have a thickened endometrium (1.7 cm). I thought birth control pills (on the standard 1/35 monophasic pill) were suppose to thin your endometrium? What is the cause for this apparent dichotomy?

I am a 29-yo female and have been bleeding for more than 2 months now. Not painful, but annoying. My husband and I would like to conceive in about 6 months from now. In the past 3 months I have been switched off Ortho Erva (started bleeding on this), to Loestrin for one month, and now am on a "normal" 1/35 monophasic dosage birth control pill. The past 2 weeks I have also been on a high dosage of biotin. 8 years ago I had a US done and was polycystic at that time but have no other symptoms of PCOS. Currently, I have one child.

My US results today are as follows: The uterus is normal in size, the endometrium is thickened and heterogenous measuring 1.7cm. No fibroid disease is found. The ovaries are normal in size and have normal blood flow. Both contains normal follicles measuring less than 1 cm in size. No soil or complex cystic mass or free fluid is identified.

Additionally, my lab work from a week ago shows FSH at 3.3 mIU/mL suggesting Luteal phase. All other lab work, shows within normal range (TSH, Free T4, HGB etc.).

I am still bleeding. What may be going on and what may the doctor suggest as treatment option?

Upright 36.5" tall piano brand on front says "Grand Est. 1911". I know this is a cheap piano so please, no smart comment like toss it, its junk. I need a fair price for selling the piano. The condition is fair to good; sounds okay and has been tuned, has some cosmetic damage - scratch in the middle C key and chipped wood on front.

Military woman hair: bun only?

My husband is at BOLC now and said the cadre said females must put their hair in buns and that was the only accepted hairstyle. I leave for BOLC in January. I have spent over a year growing my hair out and it is just to my sholders now. It grows VERY slowly. I can pull it back in a small pony, invert it like a topsy-turby style and then pin the bit left under itself so no strands are hanging down. It stay intact all day even when I run my 2 miles etc. However, its not long enough yet to put in a bun.

Do you think the "bun" rule is true... only buns allowed???

I am looking for a good instruction book on music chord theory. Something that discusses how keys have multiple families of chords and how chords are made of multiple notes. If an instrument is used for context I need the piano to be used, not guitar. I am just starting to learn some music theory and am a grown adult. I need something simple that does not rely on an instructor.

Suggestions please... and no "dummies" books - these are useless to me!

I am taking piano lessons and learning about keys and chords. This is very different from my former classical piano lessons! The issue is the teacher is someone from my church that has never really taught before (its free) but doesn't really lay out any notes (as in the text, not the musical note) for me to follow.

I pieced together that in the Key of C there are 3 chords (at least what she has taught me so far) - they are the C, F, and G, chord in which each C chord = C, E, G the F = F,A,C, and G = G, B, and D.

However, I need help with the others.

My wonderful 2-yr old thought he wanted to watch his DVD on my computer. He stuck not one, but TWO Dvd's into the drive. I have a Macbook Pro. I tried ejecting, force ejecting upon start-up while shaking the computer (drive down), going into terminal and force ejecting, and the credit card trick of two-sided tape. Anyone else have suggestions? They are STUCK...

My husband threw a handful of mothballs into the attic of our rental to deter the mice from nesting up there this winter. He says he can't smell them but the odor is so strong to me I wonder how he cannot smell them! It has been 3 days I was hoping the smell would dissipate by now.

Will the smell dissipate? Is there something I can do to diminish the odor? I cannot get into the attic and my husband says the issue is in my head. Please help!

My husband bought some junk on iTunes and when I plugged my iPod in it downloaded them to it. I want to delete those songs, but keep them on the computer.

How do I do this?

I used conditional formatting to highlight all values above 2 in a green color and below -2 in red. I now want to remove the values but keep the color present. Is there a way to do this?

I cannot simply manually highlight and use fill to do this function since I have over 6000 cells. Automation is key here!

I have a datasheet that is columns A through BR and rows 1 through 6000. If I wanted to select only those cells from B67:C4423 is there a way to do this without having to drag my cursor over those cells? When I have to select many cells, but not all in a column or row the highlight/drag with my cursor wastes a lot of time!
