I have heard that once you can order your refund transcripts it means they have finished processing your return and DD is soon. Has this been the case for anyone? WMR still says processing but, was able to order refund transcript today.

It is rumored online that the ones who filed on 1/30 and are stuck in the processing stage all used Hr block. I am curious as to whether this is true. We used Hr block website to file ours. Today ours went from processing to STILL processing. This is super annoying. Of the people that we know that have received their return they got in around 8 days. If that were true for us we should get it tomorrow. However, I do not see that happening since we are still stuck on processing.

We usually file with H and R block and get our refund deposited on the emerald card. However, this year we did it at home with H and R block online and set it up to be deposited into our bank account. Does anyone remember approximently what time of day most banks deposit funds? We use US bank if that matters.

Is it the cure or quit papers?

Is it the notice to go to court?

What if you settle with their lawyer outside of court...then how is it recorded?

Where is it recorded? Place I would have to look to find it?

Would it show up on a police record background check?

How would I know how it was recorded?

Will it always show up in your credit report?

I know borrowing amount is based upon income and our income would qualify for the highest cash advance amount...however just wondering if they let you do that the first time?

I do not see it in the public records or judgement section of my credit report. I also don't see it on our states realestate public site. I don't even see a record of us buying it. (it was 5 years ago) Would it be in the background check? Just wondering since I am having a background check ran as a condition to getting into a rental home.

About 5 years ago we were evicted from our house. What happened was there was a contract error that we found and when we brought it to the mortgage companies attention rather than yield to us they served us with a 3 day cure or quit notice followed by an eviction notice. We showed up at court to fight the eviction (just wanted more time than three days to move out) and when we got there, their lawyer was waiting outside the court room and we settled by giving him several hundred dollars to extend our stay. We never even went into the court room. I am wondering if this will show up. It does not show up on either me nor my spouses credit report in the public record or judgement section like I have read it could. I did an online check for public realestate actions and found our place of residency before that one listed as a place we had lived but not the eviction. Does that mean that it isn't recorded as a formal eviction?
