  • Laying down, waking up makes me dizzy.?

    So, it's been happening for the last couple months or so, so I doubt it's from a specific event. I'm middle aged, in decent health, and it's only when laying down, or getting up in the morning that it really hits me. Not falling over dizzy, just that swimming feeling in the head. I don't have health insurance, so seeing a doctor is not likely to happen soon, though I could go to the VA clinic. Any thoughts?
