I filed an application for financial aid and nw i want to cancel it. How do i do that?

I want to know which foreign countries have had their goverments legalize it and why.

I'm having a debate in 2 weeks about the legalization of marijuana. I am pro and need some information to help with my debate. And I can just tell the guys i'm goin up against are not prepared and well informed about the subject, but doesn't mean i can't be to careful. >:)

I Am having a debate on the subject and i need a few more notes to finish my research. Here is what i have so far.

PROS:

1 -- If taxed, it could really help to boost the economy. The people who are accustomed to buying it will still buy it if it is taxed. Taxes, of course, stimulate the economy.

2 -- Making marijuana legal will create more room in prisons, since a lot of them are there for drug-related purposes and we wouldn't be spend our tax dollars feeding, housing, and providing for them.

3 -- By relieving the "taboo" placed on the drug, perhaps children and early teens would not seek to do it so much. Many kids do it just to be a rebel. The rebellious feel would be gone if it was made legal.

4--Legalization would make the street value plummet, putting dealers of it out of business quickly

5--Legalization would allow for many doctors to prescribe this to terminally ill patients or patients in chronic pain w/out having to use more powerful and sometimes deadly narcotics.

CONS:

1--The most common problem attributed to marijuana is frequent overuse, which can induce lethargic behavior

2 -- Goes along with pro #2. With prisons less crowded, many jobs will be lost (guards, social workers, other prison employees).

3 -- It does alter the state of mind of the user, and of course legalization will likely encourage use. Although some people may argue that legalization would not lead to more users.

4 -- You'd have to trust that the general public would not misuse the drug, quite an impossible task considering how much people abuse alcohol.

Well this is my deck. I have won 30 times with it and lost with it bout 7 in tournets. What do you think, just rate don't ask about changin cards or nuthin like that.

Mine is the Olympia because it is super strong, fast reload(especially with speed cola) and has fire rounds. My second one is the VR-11 because it makes your teamates invincible and it looks badass!!!
