I workout everyday and sweat a lot. My scalp generally gets oily fast but the ends are dry. I've been seeing more and more posts and videos saying I should not be shampooing everyday because it is not good for you and can cause hair loss. An alternative they recommended was simply rinsing with water.
I'm wondering what your experiences are like and what you do everyday.
