My dog barks at almost anything and i want him to stop when i tell him to. I have had dogs before and never had this problem. Can anyone give me tips on how to train him to stop when i tell him?

They are not answering her phone calls and her mom is having health problems. They have not ever been really close and talk a lot but now they have shut her and her brother out completely. Her brother can go over to the parents house and talk to them but my sister in law can't because she lives in another state than them. She is asking me what she should do because she is worried about her mother but i don't know what to tell her.

My boyfriend and i live together. He is divorced and has 2 kids. They have shared custody but we do everything for them. I love these kids with all my heart and i don't want to see them hurt but being with their mom is not healthy for them. She has a gambleing problem, drinks all the time, and everybody thinks she is doing drugs. there has been no proof of the drugs tho. She forgets to pick them up after school and drops them off late because she is sleeping. There is just so many things that i can't stand about her but i don't ever let the kids know how i really feel. I want to call DCS on her but i think it would look vindictiveon my part. what should i do??
