Before I start 8th grade i wanted to lose about 20lbs (school starts august 16). How many calories should i intake and burned?

I am trying to make up pokemon's and i can not think of any more. I already came up with about 50 different animals and plants but now i am stuck. I came up with about 15 new abilities and I am stuck once again. Lastly, moves i have a hard time with making them up i have up to about 100, thank you in advance.
