Took vehicle to shop for an oil change yesterday. Drove vehicle today to families and oil light sound and started flashing got home maybe 1 min from when it flashed got under vehicle and saw nothing but oil all blown back to the rear bumper, when running oil just pours out of filter and around oil pan bolt. Was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this if so, how did shop resolve? Any tips? Thanks in advance

Does anyone know if VW credit still holds the primary liable on a lease transfer? I know some Manufactures let you transfer and take you off completely, I want to know before i go ahead with a lease transfer, I don t want my credit on someone else dime.

My truck has a blown head gasket so water is mixed in with oil, should i drain all the oil out the engine.

I have a 2017 VW Jetta lease in the US, and i was wondering does Gap insurance come with leases? I was told by the finance manager that its included in every lease of vw but i look on my contract and by gap it say N/A.

I got am adverse action letter from my dealership I just got a lease car than 2 weeks later i got an adverse action letter, what is this? am i getting my car taken away?

So I ve purchased a 2016 Kia Optima my first brand new car, a week later the car shuts off on me in the middle on the highway, so i thought hmm maybe i accidentally hit the keys, a day later the car starts shuddering and acts like it wants to cut off. that s the first problem. The second problem is a FOUL air condition EVERYDAY! its so bad, I ve taken the car numerous time a total of 5 to have these issues fixed during my regular maintenance schedule and every time they come back and say its nothing they can find for the last attempt they told me i was using cheap gas, so i thought for a second and said lets knock that out the way i went to my local auto store and bought sea foam poured in to my tank on my next fill up(with the high end gas), few days later the car doesn t want to start, it was like cranking a 10 y/o car that didn t just want to run very embarrassing especially for a brand new 2016 car. i contacted lemon law fl and sent letters,work orders, receipts, everything you name it i got a call a month later and she left a voicemail saying she would like to talk to me about my letter i called back no response left a total of 4 vm on her phone.. nothing i sent a final attempt repair and still nothing that was 6 days ago, my lemon law state says they will call back to see if the manufacturer has did anything. Sorry for the grammar and spelling just so irritated. Note that only 2 of the other problems i m having with the car.

On February 6 2017 i was hit by a truck tearing off the front left side of car, as I'm trying to get out the main highway i see the other driver pull off and leave the scene i proceded to chase down the car(not a good choice but i wasnt letting that go) i caught up to the truck and confronted the driver as it was a older man. The guy proceeds to tell me he has no license and hes not on insurance and that he will pay me off i told the guy he was crazy im in a lease car i have to call the police and let my insurance know i got my phone to snap the photo when i snapped a picture of his tag as he got in the truck and left the scene i then called the police gave them the tags etc etc and i later discorver the insurer of the truck being his wife apparaently hes not on the insurance they then proceed to tell me that the owner of the vehicle said that she was in orlando the whole week and nonone had access to her truck and theirs no (fresh damages mind you its a 2004 ford f150) and her isnurance denied my insurance claim as i have to get almost 3k worth of damages fixed on my car as well as 1k for out of pocket expenses. my argument to the orlando story was if no one had keys to the truck how did i get a picture of that tag that day with the location of where the picture was taken. can someone help? my insurance said we have to sue them now. what does the case look like im only 20 and scared to death i just want my money back and for at fault to admit what they did

I have a lease 2016 optima lease with not even 20k miles on it and a guy wrecked the lf fender mirror front bumper and my lf door does not open my main problem is its a lease when I go to turn it back in for a newer car what happens? I don't want to pay for a car that's been badly wrecked and it's brand new.

So I've leased a brand new 16 Optima Lx aprox 19k miles now, During my first two weeks of owning the vehicle the car completely shut off on me, on the highway thank God I was almost at an complete stop, I've taken it back to check it out and of course no problems "found" happened again took it back when I got my next service still "no problem", so I've called corporate because I'm getting nowhere and they asked me to bring the car in again so I did lord behold they find the problem so I'm happy to hear that I get there and what do they tell me is that I'm using "cheap fuel " immediately called Corporate they said they will call the dealer to get answer, week later still no call from Corporate and they finally said the dealer isn't calling them back they left serverall messages. What can I do? I'm sick of paying money for a brand new car that gives me more problems than my old 15 year old car I had before.

So we had a huge fight over "text" yeah I know childish but anyway we ended up talking on the phone and he said he'll text me or he'll wait for me to text him and neither of us have texted each other, what should I do? he told.me to wait a week to see what he see and we can probaly start again.

So I've been dating this guy for about a month and everything goes fine and everything and one day he says he loves me and we continue on a happy couple as of yesterday he messaged me saying that he wants to love himself before he loves someone else and says he's depressed all the time. So i live in FL a no fault state and i was hit by a DUI driver and my car ended up being totaled and the insurance offered me a check of a good amount but my problem is i really cant afford a car at all nor will I be able to get car insurance being that im a 20 male with an accident already my insurance barely wanted to give me coverage. Should i open a lawsuit and if for what or just let it go?

I have a 2002 ford taurus sel premium fully loaded with 113000 miles on the car, I was hit by a driver and both front sides are dented both my side view mirrors are gon and my front suspension and steering is knocked out of line, the claim adjuster said it sounds like it's definitely totalled. So last night we were talking and i said i wanted him to be mines and date him and he said describe what i mean so i did and said "I want to turn your single into a relationship" so then he replied a big message saying he should have told me this earlier that he just got out of a relationship a month prior to meeting me and he needs time. then he said what hes trying to say is hes not ready to settle down and can we still hang out and everything and in the meantime he may be ready to get in a relationship. So i then replied why didn't you tell this in the beginning and why did you say you have feelings for me and we trust each other and things like that and he kept apologizing and everything so were still talking but idk what to do? Hes a 18 male and I'm 20 male.
